Introduction Welcome to Tripipo! By accessing or using our website www.tripipo.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Tripipo International Private Limited ("Tripipo", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please do not use the Platform. 2. Scope of Services Tripipo operates as an online bus ticket booking platform. We enable users to book bus tickets from various operators across India through our partnerships with third-party aggregators, including various API providers. Important: Tripipo is an intermediary between users and bus operators and does not operate any bus services of its own. 3. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the services on this Platform. 4. User Responsibilities As a user, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. • Not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the services. 5. Booking, Payment & Confirmation • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective bus operators. • Payments can be made through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other methods enabled on the platform. • A successful transaction will result in the generation of an e-ticket sent to your registered email. Note: Tripipo is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect details, network issues, or payment gateway errors. 6. Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy • Cancellation policies vary based on the individual bus operator's terms. • Users can cancel tickets through the "Profile" section or by contacting our customer support. • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment method after deduction of cancellation charges and Tripipo’s service fee (if applicable). 7. Service Charges & Fees Tripipo may charge a nominal convenience fee or service charge per booking. These charges will be displayed transparently before payment. The total price shown at checkout is final and includes applicable GST. 8. Operator Terms & Delays • Tripipo is not responsible for delays, route changes, cancellations, or no-shows by bus operators. • Any disputes related to operator behavior, bus quality, or service must be addressed directly with the operator. • However, Tripipo may assist in escalating serious complaints if reported within 48 hours of the scheduled travel. 9. Rescheduling & Changes • Rescheduling of bus tickets is subject to operator policy and availability. • Tripipo does not guarantee modification of bookings post-confirmation unless supported by the operator. 10. User Conduct You agree not to: • Use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools. • Attempt unauthorized access to Tripipo's systems. • Upload or transmit any viruses or harmful code. • Use the Platform to spread misinformation or abuse. Violation of these may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. 11. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, and softwares are the property of Tripipo or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. 12. Third-Party Links Our Platform may include links to third-party websites. Tripipo is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites. 13. Limitation of Liability Tripipo shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential losses. • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (bus operators or API partners). • Losses due to force majeure events such as natural calamities, government actions, or system failures. Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the concerned transaction. 14. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tripipo, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of this Agreement. 15. Privacy Policy By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. 16. Changes to the Terms Tripipo reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 17.
