1. Introduction:
Tripipo International Private Limited ("Tripipo", "we", "us", or "our") operates a technology platform that connects users ("you", "your", or "Customer") with bus operators to facilitate ticket bookings. We do not own or operate buses nor act as agents of any bus operator.


2. Nature of Services:
i. Tripipo provides a platform to book bus tickets online.
ii. The booking voucher is issued based on information provided by the respective bus operator.
iii. Amenities, bus types, schedules, prices, seat availability, routes, etc., are as provided by the bus operator. Tripipo has no control over such data.


3. User Responsibilities:
i. You must verify all travel-related details with the respective operator.
ii. Carry valid ID proof (such as Aadhaar card, PAN, passport, or voter ID) while boarding.
iii. Reach the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
iv. Tickets are non-transferable.


4. Limitation of Liability:
Tripipo shall not be responsible for:
i. Delays or cancellations by the bus operator
ii. Condition or cleanliness of buses
iii. Behaviours or conduct of bus staff
iv. Change in seat or boarding point
v. Damage or loss of baggage
vi. Use of a separate pick-up vehicle to reach the departure point
All such matters must be taken up with the respective bus operator.


5. Booking and Payments:
i. Applicable taxes (including GST) and convenience fees may be levied at checkout

ii. Bookings can be made online via www.tripipo.com.

iii. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.


6. Cancellation and Refunds:
i. Cancellations can be made through your account at www.tripipo.com or via our customer support.
ii. Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the ticket.
iii. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deductions and as per the policies of the respective bus operator.
iv. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 3–7 working days to the original mode of payment.


7. Intellectual Property:
i. All content, trademarks, and branding on the Tripipo website are the property of Tripipo International Private Limited.
ii. No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.


8. Third-Party Links:
Tripipo may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such sites.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. India.
